Really good Culinary Delights

During our stay, the food at Playacar Palace was an absolute highlight. I particularly loved the dinner at Momo, the Asian restaurant. The shabu-shabu was incredibly delicious, and Olivia went above and beyond in catering to my dietary preferences by preparing a special ginger fried rice. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised with a unique dessert-a fun Mexican piñata! Dining here made every meal an experience to look forward to.

Amazing Kids Club Experience

The kids club at Playacar Palace was excellent! My children absolutely loved spending time in the playroom, thanks to the dedicated team led by Xiomara and Brenda. They had a daily schedule of fun activities, and my kids were engaged and happy throughout our vacation. Brenda even printed out my daughter's favorite coloring pages, which made her day! This facility allowed us to relax, knowing our kids were having a blast.

Comfortable and Well-Appointed Rooms

Our room at Playacar Palace was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The whirlpool tub was a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind after a long day of activities. Each evening, we enjoyed the turn-down service and the stocked mini-bar. The large balcony offered fantastic views and was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. Simply put, our accommodations contributed greatly to our enjoyable experience.

Relaxing Spa Retreat

I treated myself to a spa experience at the Awe Spa, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was calming, with luxurious facilities that allowed for a peaceful escape. I booked a couples massage, which was incredibly relaxing-just what we needed! The staff was attentive, ensuring our experience was really good. I highly recommend taking advantage of the spa if you stay here. It's the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate during your vacation.

My stay at Playacar Palace was fantastic. The staff truly made us feel like family, and the services were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the proximity to the beach and dining options was great. However, a few minor issues like occasional cleanliness lapses and restaurant temperatures affected our experience. Overall, it was a memorable vacation with a lot to offer.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the activities by the pool were a blast. However, while the beach is beautiful, it is on the smaller side, and the dining options could offer more authentic Mexican cuisine. Overall, I would love to return for another relaxing vacation.

I had an incredible stay at Playacar Palace! The resort is beautifully renovated with a lovely intimate atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. The dining options were excellent, though I think there could be a bit more variety. The beach was stunning and we had a blast exploring Playa del Carmen. The only downsides were a few cleanliness issues in certain areas and one incident with the water being turned off without notice.
