My stay at Playacar Palace was fantastic. The staff truly made us feel like family, and the services were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the proximity to the beach and dining options was great. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the activities by the pool were a blast. I had an incredible stay at Playacar Palace! The resort is beautifully renovated with a lovely intimate atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. The dining options were excellent, though I think there could be a bit more variety. The beach was stunning and we had a blast exploring Playa del Carmen. The only downsides were a few cleanliness issues in certain areas and one incident with the water being turned off without notice.
